  1. Dana, what a nice summary! There were definitely some life-changing messages on the cruise which I’m attempting to weave into my low-carb lifestyle – like the reduction of artificial sweeteners for example. So sad, but if it makes a difference, I’ll do it! It was great, GREAT meeting you and your Nice Boy and I’m looking forward to next year! For the record, I gained about 5# too, but I did indulge in some of the sugar-laden desserts! I hope to keep the memories and lose the pounds!!

  2. Ok, the secretary in me can’t continue to read this until I tell you about the typo. Debriefing “‘i’ before ‘e’ except after ‘c’.

  3. Hi Dana, I am currently living in Africa and low carbing now for about 3 months. I have lost 20 lbs and feel great! My question for you is, would please give a rundown on sugar substitutes. I am confused by everything out there. I have in my cupboard Stevia and Splenda (no Aspartame for me, gives me migraines) Xylitol, Erythritol and probably more that I can’t remember. What are the plus and minuses of each one and the best way to use them. I find a tiny bit of Stevia in my tea is a nice, Splenda for baking or cooking… but could I use Stevia instead? I am so confused! Thanks for your consideration.

  4. Hi, Dana! I just listened to your interview with Jimmy Moore in January. The Bacon Butter sounds great! What do you use it for? I’m thinking just eat it straight out of the food processor…

  5. Do you know how I can find the maps of the US showing the change in Obesity every two years after the announcement that High fat was dangerous. you said it was presented by Dr. An Phelps, but I cannot find it on his site. What should i search for? Also looking for the Swedish map as well.
