Judith Barnes Baker, a fellow low-carb cookbook author, is our guest on this week’s episode of Dana’s Low-Carb For Life!

In episode 5, Dana discusses Dreamfields Pasta (is it too good to be true?), surviving Saint Valentine’s Day on a low-carb diet with a great chocolate recipe, and, of course that great interview with Judy.

Please forgive some technical issues that came up while recording the interview segment, Dana’s voice gets a bit choppy at times, but if you bear with it, it’s totally worthwhile.

    Loved the podcast – just refound you Dana – and will certainly be back for more! I too have discovered that low- carb works best for me – and am now trying very hard to regain my low carb edge/body. I have all of your books and will now add Judith Baker to my low carb collection.
